Peak AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the website at peak-site-one.vercel.app (the “Site”). This policy applies to personal data we process through the Site and through direct enquiries. It does not cover the separate, contracted services we deliver to clients, which are governed by the agreements signed for those engagements.

We collect only what we need, in two ways:

• Information you give us — when you submit the contact form or email us: your name, work email, company, and the contents of your message. If you book a call, our scheduling provider collects the details needed to arrange it.
• Information collected automatically — basic, aggregated technical data such as pages viewed, referring page, approximate region, browser and device type, and anonymous performance metrics. This helps us keep the Site fast, secure, and working across devices.

We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not ask for payment information through the Site.

We favour privacy-friendly, aggregate measurement over invasive tracking. The Site uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure real-world page performance; it reports anonymised, aggregated metrics and does not build advertising profiles of you.

The Site sets only the cookies strictly necessary for it to function and, where required, any analytics cookies you consent to. You can control or clear cookies in your browser at any time. If we introduce non-essential cookies in the future, we will request consent first.

We use the information described above to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange introductory calls;
• operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site;
• understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used so we can make it better;
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We never sell your personal data, and we do not use your enquiry to send unrelated marketing without your consent.

Where the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following legal bases:

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any incident.

The Site is intended for a business audience and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16.

We may update this policy as our practices or the law evolve. When we do, we will revise the “last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide a more prominent notice.
